Telethon 2007 promises a spectacular show
"Back in Vegas!" was MDA National Chairman Jerry Lewis' elated cry last year when the MDA Labor Day Telethon returned to its earlier broadcast site in the "Entertainment Capital of the World."
Now, once again, the legendary show will reach out to millions of viewers around the world from the ballroom of the dazzling South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa.
May is ALS Awareness Month

With Americans avid to help those hard hit by Hurricane Katrina, the 2005 Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon did double duty. Airing frequent appeals for viewers to make pledges both to the fight against neuromuscular diseases and to hurricane relief efforts, the 40th annual Labor Day weekend broadcast brought in $54.9 million in pledges and contributions.
